An upscale coastal home for six, split down the middle for privacy.
Water views run the length of the open floor plan through expansive sliding glass doors. Quartz counters and a large island in the kitchen, a 50" smart TV in the living room, laundry, and a dedicated workspace on 113 Mbps WiFi.
Three bedrooms: a waterfront master with an adjustable king, en-suite and giant walk-in shower; a second king with water views; and an oversized space-themed room with a queen bed and constellations on the wall.

A screened patio holds the pool, a 150-gallon koi pond with an automatic feeder, and a waterfall. Under cover: patio dining, a gas grill and a hammock. Out front, a rope swing hangs from ancient oaks.
Past the lawn, the dock runs 100 feet into the Banana River — for fishing, launching the kayaks, or standing out there at dawn watching the water go pink.
